If unsuccessful, all disputes shall be finally resolved by arbitration at the Arbitration Court of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) in Sofia, in accordance with its Rules. Proceedings shall be conducted in Bulgarian.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Consult Digital Ltd regarding use of the Services and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements on these matters.
